having problems installing a wireless pc card.
Iam currently trying to fix my friends laptop. Some time ago it just started to act weired. Its a Inspirion 8200. Currently having problems finding the OS cds, so trying to get Dell tyo send me a new but thats hard since i dont have a servive agreement whit them anymore. Anyone know if dell got a img file or soething og a Win XP Home English version for download? Well back to the problem whit the wireless card. Bought a jenssen wireless PC card . Installiung the drivers goes well, but after that the comp freezes and i have to relase the card to get it to work agian. And then windows says that it cant find enought free resoures to give the card. I have been disabling alot of stuff to free some resoures but still no joy. Disabled internal modem, lan card, com port etc.
Currently using a own windows on the laptop, intil i can get dell to sendme one, if anyone have had similar problems and founs any solutions please post a reply.
In advance , thansks

Are you using the latest driver and wireless client?
This is so lacking in information. It may help to know the full details such as your computer configuration, the wireless card and other Wi-Fi equipment you are using, etc., etc.
