If you uninstall a usb device without powering it off then the port will be disabled. You need to uninstall the device by activating the usb port icon in the taskbar. If you install the device in another usb port it should also work. Failing the above the port will be active after a reboot is completed.
Hi but the same appening when I have the laptop connect at my dock station, if I release my laptop from my dock and if I put again at the dock the same happening. What you tell me to do is relase the keyboard hardware frome usb port icon in the taskbar? But I dont have no keyboard at usb port icon in the taskbar only the cd-rom.Thanks
