Howdy, howdy...

Hello everyone.
I'm new here and hope to help out around the forum, and make a few friends. I also hope that one day, I will earn everyone's respect and be able to post freely with the Scratch Pad crew.

Later

Good deal... Good deal indeed.
As for my sig... It stinks (Found the profanity filter ). When I get around to it, I'll make a better one and post it up.

Catch you Padders later.

Being one of the long standing Members from the old, old forum, I dare say to make friends, one must earn respect to a degree and from that I meant ..trust.. and a little time. The Regulars that "were" here welcomed everyone but formed a very good friendship over time and the trust / caring came with that. I feel it (friendship) is still with the Regulars, unfortunately not at Dell`s Forum, the majority have left and you are visiting a ghost town. Whether this will change only time will tell.
If I did not have so much time invested in the CD/RW site, I too would hit the road.... and the way things are going with the forum I`ll never hit the 10,000 mark ..lol

God, grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway,
the good fortune to run into the ones I do and the eyesight to tell the
difference.

Hi Jason,

If my memory serves me, you and I never had a harsh word, besides not my place to ask anyone to leave, my word carries no more weight than the next newbie that posts.

The majority of the Scratch Pad`ers left a couple of months ago, the issue / reason does not need to discussed, no use in beating a dead horse, lets just say, each made a decision then went their separate ways.

I pretty much only post in the CD/RW area, however S-P "was" a nice retreat.
All the recent Thunderstorms have kept us fairly busy, we had over 115,000 people out in Louisville last week.

Do visit again but watch out for the tumbleweeds in here...

"I think Mouse or something was even her name."

Mair aka Underpaid aka Netstalker's last post was an animated door to greener pastures. It was quite a nice animation IMHO. :-)

I don't remember us having a harsh word either... I remember doing something (don't remember exactly what it was) that one of the girls didn't like... What was her name... The one that always had the mouse sigs... I think Mouse or something was even her name.

Anyway... Wow. I can't believe how much things have changed in only a few years. It's amazing! Remember when Scratch Pad would get so full that on Friday nights, Dell-Cynthia would have to come in and delete all of the posts so we could start over?  Those were the good ol times eh?

I'd just like to know one thing though... When everyone left, you talked like it was all of a sudden. Was it? Or did they just kind of fade away?

Well, well, well... How's it goin GHB? Been a while eh?
That Charger sig is a sight for sore eyes... I remember it quite well. Infact, I think I have all of my sigs and site stuff on a cd somewhere.

Well... Seems like when I left, so did SP eh?... I know I wasn't the life of the party!  Maybe since I"m back, everyone else will come back too... I doubt it, but... anything's possible I guess.

Where have I been? Long story short...
You're going to freak when I tell you this, but back when I used to visit the forum, I was like... 13 years old... something like that. Now I'm 17. Lot's changed huh?

Remember when I was like "ooh! I'm gonna buy a 1969 Dodge Charger!"... turned out to be a 1977 Monte Carlo... I got it for free from my grandparents.  It's in mint condition and runs like new. I'm sure I could sell it right now and have enough money to buy a Charger in "fairly" good condition, but I really don't care much about them anymore.

Now a days I mostly spend my time hanging around town with friends and stuff... Normal teenager stuff. No girlfriend...  Can't find anyone yet that'll put up with me for more than a month!  Oh well... I got a long ways to go eh?

I have had a few cases though where I've had to fix a friend's computer... Course, after you're out of the repair business for a few years, your knowledge equals zilch after a while. I hear they've got processors faster than 2ghz now...  I'm rebuilding a new site for me though to use around the forum when I gain enough knowledge to start helpin out again. Nothing big, just pretty much the old site in a revised form.

BTW - Where in the world do you get your Scratch Pad news!  I looked through the forum back up until Joanne reopened SP, and didn't find a news collumn!

"I was like... 13 years old... something like that. Now I'm 17. ..." Get the heck out of here! *drop dead faint* *chuckles*

I had thought you were 23, had a enthusiastic, terrific personality that brought life and laughter to about anything you touched.

No girlfriend? What you need is to make some modifications on your Monte Carlo so it sort of grooves and dances down the road. ;-) LOL Seriously have you ever seen one of those stunt cars on the road? They can lift each tire individually so as to appear to be dancing.

Quite possibly the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me...  No way I could have ever acted that mature a few years ago.

Yeah, I've seen cars like that... Hydraulics is what it's called. I thought about it for a while, but I think I'm just gonna keep the car stock all the way. Cheaper that way.  I've even won a few car shows with it just the way it is.  Here's a link to some pictures of a car like mine that has hydraulics and wire wheels and all that other junk. http://www.sounddomain.com/memberpage/247103/2 That car is alot like mine... Mine's blue though, and I have different mirrors... More stylish ones.

If I had kept the stock stereo system in my car, I would probably have had enough money for hydraulics... But, like any other teen, I had to have my share at disturbing the neighboor hood.  I've got about $1100 dollars invested in the stereo system now. I just hope I can sell every piece, a few years down the road, for what I bought it for.

Jeez... I feel like I'm 13 again... Braggin about my car and such...

lol.

gee, Chargie, I kind of figured you for something like...38, way back then. *g*

Now then, don't get all bent out of proportion over the little nickname this time (like you did last time), I liked it then, and now; it reminded me of a friend (who was about 38) and who seemed to have a similar personality. I found him to be a lot of fun. Just as I remember you to be.

In answer to your question about Cougar. I think that you will find him on the Feedback forum recently.

But he has seldom appeared during the previous year. I suspect that he has finally matured.

Well look at what the dogs drug up!  How you doin X?

I remember that "Chargie" nickname all to well...  lol. Good times... Good times...

I think I may have found a new home though... Pred's got his CD/RW forum, and I found the Keyboard/Mouse forum... I don't think anyone even checks messages there! There was like 20 in a row that didnt' have a reply, so I'm in there now cleaning house.  I'm sure I'll find another though...
