Hugh delay before Dell boot logo

Hello. I am Korean and please understand my short English.

I have an Latitude E6230 Laptop and installed win10 x64 in UEFI mode.

I have been experiencing such a hugh delay before Dell boot logo.

This huge delay gets longer when I change some settings of BIOS or msconfig boot settings.

For the first time. the "Last BIOS time" of taskmgr was about 4.1 second. But now 6 second.

I cannot solve this delay and I need your help!

Thank you for helping me

Sorry. That is already enabled.

I re-installed windows 10 and that didn't work neither.

I think I should speed up UEFI firmware's POST behavior. But in Dell's UEFI firmware, POST behavior options and saved every options to Minimal, Auto, and Through.

But not only same delay before dell boot logo displays, but also even slower time required to display dell logo.

Can I manage some garbages saved related to POST settings or something.
