I Cant send files Via Bluetooth

Please turn off and turn on Bluetooth by following the below mentioned steps:

1. Launch Settings Charm and select Change PC settings.
2. Select Wireless from the left pane.
3. Under the Wireless devices option, move the Bluetooth slider to turn it off. Move the slider again to turn it on.

To search and add Bluetooth devices:

1. Launch Settings Charm and select Change PC settings.
2. Under PC Settings, select Devices.
3. Click Add a device to search for the Bluetooth devices.
4. Click your Bluetooth device to add.

To display Bluetooth devices, Go to Start Screen. The Bluetooth devices that you have connected in the past and pinned to Start Screen will be listed as tiles.

To see all the previously connected Bluetooth devices including those, which were unpinned from Start Screen, go to All apps option from the Start Screen. 
The devices are listed under Bluetooth Devices.

To transfer files between devices using Bluetooth:

1. Launch Start Screen and select your Bluetooth device.
2. Select Send File and select the desired files to transfer.
