I never get email notifications for new software

Question

I have email notifications set up so that it will email me when new software/drivers are released for my Inspiron 8600 but I never get any emails from them.  Then I checked today and theres all kinds of updates that I don't have.   How come I don't get emails for this stuff?  I have it set up to do so.   -Allistah

Dell recently redid there whole website on the support side. I would re-register with them and sign up again for the Email notifications. I believe some if not all the info you once entered has been lost. That is just my opinion.
