Hi,

And also please install the following drivers as these are the drivers for HotKeys like Volume Control:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R55996&formatcnt=1&fileid=66721

If you are not able to install the drivers then please try to use the following link if you have a Dell Tool CD with you to how to install the drivers:

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kb/en/document?dn=1078341&l=en&langid=1&c=us&cs=19&s=dhs

NOTE: THESE LINKS ARE FOR INSPIRON 600M AND IF THIS IS NOT THE SYSTEM THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM DELL. THEN PLEASE LOG ON TO http://support.dell.com and in Search Box type the following keyword : quickset (Name of your Inspiron) and after that restart your system and then check it.

Bye

Keskar
