Inseron 600m boot-up problems

Question

When I try to turn on my laptop, the power button will turn on for a few second and then turns off. It seems like none of the systems are powering up. Yesterday it was working fine but now it wont start up. i have tryed everything i know and i cant get it to work. The batery is fully charged andit is plugged in. Please help.

Reseat the RAM, drives, cards and battery. If the adapter is good (LED ON before you plug the notebook end in), and reseating doesn't help, you've a faulty mainboard.

Remove and replace the above components.

i already fixed it. the internal fan was busted so it over heated
