What do you mean? how do you use it?
Have you tried holding 'fn' and pressing it ;D
Its used for ovetyping for instance typing over what you have already written

Hi Shimmy,
Welcome to the Community. Yes the Insert key is on the number 0 labled as "Ins" on your numpad. So to use that feature you should have the Num Lock turned off to use the insert key.The Num Lock key is above the number 7 key, with Num Lock on it would be the number 0.

Hello,
When you are trying to use a key on your keyboard and there are multiple functions of it you either need to hold down ctrl, fn, or shift while trying to use the key and it will work.
