We can't tell you without knowing exactly which model CPU you have (i.e., Intel Txxxx, Pyyyy, etc.).  If you don't see the option to enable VT, chances are your CPU doesn't support it -- but post the CPU model type and someone can tell you.

You can't enable VT with that CPU, since the CPU doesn't have virtualization support.  If you need VT you must replace the processor with one that supports VT - then the option will appear in the system BIOS setup (f2 at powerup).

Legally, no - it's a violation of Apple's license agreement.  

If it requires virtualization, to even try you'll need a new CPU.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1440 with Windows Vista Home Premium. I want to use VMware Player to start a Ubuntu VM on my laptop. However I see an error message saying "Virtualization Technology is not enabled even though the system is capable of it".

I know that the CPU (Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 CPU) has Intel VT but I cannot find the Virtualization Support option in the BIOS setup.

VT requires Chipset, BIOS, and CPU support.  If any one of these is not supporting the answer is no.

Depends on the CPU.  All Core 2 Duos support 64-bit (EMT64).  The core duo and core solo, along with the  Celeron derivates of them,  do not.

That CPU fully supports EMT64 (64-bit) operation.  

If what you're trying to do is upgrade your current 32-bit Windows, you cannot do that - the only way to install 64-bit Windows is by means of a clean install (from the ground up).  Boot the system from the DVD (F12 with the disc in the drive) and bypass any prompts to "repair" or "upgrade" - you must start with a clean install.

You will lose everything on the drive so be sure you  back up your data first.

my cpu is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     P7350  @ 2.00GHz, 2000 MHz. But when I insert cd window 64 bit to install, it not work.
