Inspiron 14z RAM detection problem
Hi!
After reading the online forums, it seems that the problem with my system is that of RAM detection. It is a brand new inspiron 14z 5423 bought in the first week of september.
After pressing the power button, the system starts sounding 2 beeps at a time and does not power up. Can you please help me resolve this issue at the earliest? Its been more than 15 days since I got the system and I still havent been able to start work on it. I am facing several delays because of the unavailability.

To help you in a better manner,I would request you to provide me following details:
1) Service Tag (7 digit alphanumeric code ending with number 1) which you would find at the bottom of the laptop,
2) You’re Contact Number, Best Time to Reach and Alternate Phone Number.
3) Kindly let me know the above details through private messaging only, kindly do not share the information on open forum.
