Inspiron 1545 Wireless Problem

When I'm online my internet keeps disconnecting. After awhile of surfing I get a caution sign over my bars and I can't load any pages. To get rid of it I have to troubleshoot (which does nothing) or flick the wireless on and off. It doesn't matter how close I am to the router I still get this probelm and everything else connects fine.

I have all the latest drivers and have a 1397 mini-card. I've got all power saving that has something to do with the wireless functions switched off as well.

I've had this problem for awhile and it's getting rather annoying and I can't find someone with a common problem anywhere.
