inspiron 1564 overheating !

Hey

i am having overheating issue especially with my graphic card.

I have inspiron 1564 with windows 8.1 64 bit , when i just installed windows 8.1 the fan was just spinning at it's highest speed and was sounding much.

then i thought i should install drivers for my gpu and all other devices.

i get amd automatic driver detector[ I don't know what it is called but it was a tool to update driver from amd],then my fan is spinning slow now [when there is no load].

but when i play games[NFS most wanted = which dont need any graphics and runs smoothly on my c2d 1gb ram desktop] on laptop CPUID HWmonitor shows gpu temperature 103 [MAX] and game just starts hanging when my gpu gets hotter.

in 15 to 20 minits my graphic card tempurature rechechs from 60 to 103 when i open most wanted.

solutions which i have tried are:

*formate laptop = bdw laptop even shutdown in bios and fan is full speed in bios[NOT IN WINDOWS 8.1 after i installed gpu drivers]

*cleaned laptop

*drivers are up to date.

i haven't replaced tharmalpad and heatsink bdw and also a fan.
