inspiron 15r 5521
i bought my laptop in june this year. I dont use my laptop much but from few days it is getting hanged and now it opens only till the welcome screen where it asks for the password. It itself enters a password and then declares it incorrect and this keeps on happening till i shut down the laptop. I dont know what the problem is and hope for a help.
help will be appreciated

Do you remember making any recent changes to the computer prior to this issue?
When did this issue begin?
Check the status in Safemode with networking. Restart the computer and tap F8 at Dell logo.Select Safemode with networking.
Also, run diagnostics on the computer:
