INSPIRON 1721
I have succesfully upgraded to OS on my Inspiron 1721 to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and want to increase the RAM.
The specs say that the maximum ram is 4Gb but is this because Windows 32 bit will not recognise more?
I have seen specs for an Inspiron 1721 64 bit which will take 8Gb of ram so will my 2008 laptop recognise 8Gb of Ram?
