Inspiron 2650 Does Not Recognize USB Root Hub
Both controllers are listed, but the USB Root Hubs (2) are both "Unknown Devices." Nothing on the resource CD, or from Microsoft. Updated BIOS to latest revision.
Anyone?

Thank you for using Dell's Community Forum.
Try deleting the USB hub from the device manager.
