You need to remove the service tag number..
Are you getting any dump files? Do you know how to set up the smaller dump files?
If you have one you might be able to give us a link to it on OneDrive.

You updated drivers from device manager or from your Dell Product Support page - Inspiron 3541)?
In the meantime, type Troubleshooting Control Panel onto the [Cortana] search box, click on 'View All', and then run Blue Screen, see image below:

I update from dell product support page.
when i type "Troubleshooting Control Panel" into the search box, it didn't bring any response however when i use just "troubleshoot" and click view all, it brought many options but no Blue screen

The Blue screen troubleshooter is in the latest Build & windows updates - OS Build 14393.576, version 1607). I suggest you check the windows updates & Build are installed on the system. Please keep in mind, Microsoft automatically installed drivers in their windows updates. You can check Build by pressing windows key & R key at same time, and then type ms-settings: onto box, OK, System, and then click on About.
To check for latest updates - In Settings, choose Windows & Updates, then select Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. Please check "Update History" for any failed updates as well.

Lastly,
Please type Device Manager onto search box, and then expand Display Adapters [Video]. Look for a yellow question mark or triangle by the driver. Look for the yellow triangle in the other drivers you have installed as well. Please, keep in mind, you can update the drivers in device manager by right click on drivers, and then update it.

There are two types of dump files. One, called memory.dmp is kept in the Windows folder.
You can set the system to use smaller files by right clicking the start button and going to System. There, select Advanced System Settings. On that page go to the Startup and Recovery button at the bottom.
On the System Failure settings select the drop down menu which shows the type of dump files. Select Small Memory dump (256 KB). That file will be kept in the Windows\Minidump folder as it shows.
You can also choose on this page whether you want your system to automatically restart after a BSOD.
If you have either of those, put them on OneDrive and give us a link...
