Inspiron 5547, brightness problem
Two days before I updated Intel graphics driver to 20.19.15.4531. From that moment, I cant adjust the brightness option. Tried to adjust via hotkeys, control panel, settings but nothing happened. Also tried to roll back driver, installed previous version but these too failed. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 1607 updated till date. Please someone help me :(

Try this:
* Open the Device Manager
* Open Display Adapters
* Right click Intel HD Graphics
* Click Disable. The resolution might change
* Click Enable
* Close the Device Manager
* Retest using FN + F11/F12 keys

No that didnt work.. feeling soo uncomfortable to work in full brightness.. is thr any solution?

Backup all of your data to a USB hard drive, then refresh Windows 10.
