Inspiron 6000

I'm not sure what it is but whenever i am trying to run a game it doesn't work. I'm thinking it has something to do with the graphics driver but i have tried updating for a long time and nothing changes. (Also, if it is any help whenever i run dxdiag it wont let me test direct 3d.) Can someone please post a link to the most recent updates for Dell Inspiron 6000. Thanks.
