Inspiron 6000

Help Required

I have an Inspiron 6000 which starts up but all I get is the screen changing from red,green,blue, grey/white and the windows sound but doesnt actually load tried F11, F12 etc but nothing happens

Would appreciate any advice on this, Thank you in advance for any fedback
