inspiron 9300 does not start.

Hello everyone,

I have a dell inspiron 9300 (pentium m 2.13Ghz, 2G Ram, nvidia geforce go 6800 ans 80 G HDD).

Since two days, it does not start. I have started it and nothing happen. Nothing on the screen and fans don't turn :(

I have try to look in the manual but nothing.

I have try to start the computer using the "Fn" key with the start button (see it on a forum) and I have the lock icon with the arrow that is lit. Does it mean something or not ?

What can I do in order to that my computer will restart ?
