Insprion Duo Atom Chip

Happened to do a comparison of the the spec listed "Intel Atom Dual Core Processor N550 (1.5GHz, 512K L2 Cache)"  with what Intel lists.

Intel shows the Atom N550 to be a (1.5GHz 1M L2 Cache) with a 64 bit instruction set.  The Duo comes with Windows 7 32 bit.

Is there any (non-warranty) reason you could not swap the chip for an Intel Atom D525 (1M Cache, 1.80 GHz) and put Windows 7 64-bit on it?  Faster chip, Faster OS?

Atom Chips are soldered to the motherboard.  They are not upgradeable.
