install a new hard drive

Question

So it seems I need to install a new hard drive. Do I need to burn a cd with install drivers on it since I have no floppy drive and if so, which drivers?

I guess I will have to install win98se, the winxp cd that came with the laptop doesn,t seem to be a full install. It says it is a reinstallation cd but has no programs or drivers.

The CD that came with the computer says that it is a reinstall, but it actually is a complete installation. The drivers are probably on a blue CD which also came with the computer.
