That must be a pretty frustrating problem. I hope that I can help. If you have not tried the following driver I suggest giving it a go and see if it helps out.
Assuming that this isn't a driver issue I would have to hazard the guess that this is just how Windows handles audio devices. For a test reinstall the driver, check to make sure that your audio devices, will pare correctly and if they are fully functional. Right click the speaker icon on the task bar and choose playback devices. Check to make sure that your Bluetooth audio devices is detected and that they are set to be the default devices. Just right click on the device and choose from the menu Set as Default Device.
Restart the system and pare the Bluetooth audio devices again. Once they are connected go back to playback devices and make sure that they are again set to default device. Then test and see if they are working correctly. I am curious if in the act of restarting the system and re parign the devices, Windows is changing the default playback device. Please let me know what you find out.
I've downloaded it and repaired the installed driver but when I restart, in device manager it change to Generic Bluetooth driver again, the only way I've found is uninstalling and installing every time I turn on my computer.
Where you able to pare the audio devices even with the change noted in device manager? If you are able to pare the devices do they show up in playback devices and are you able to select them as default devices?
When did this start happening, was it always this way or is this more of a recent issue? If it is a recent issue about when did the problem start, where any software, updates or programs installed just prior to the problem?
Yes, when I note this change I can pare audio devices and the volume is low, I can select them as default devices, and if I remove it when I add again they have the same problem.. so I think it's not hardware problem..
It started when I upgraded my windows from Home premium version to ultimate, and in the installation I select the format disk option, so this is original Windows, with no modifications, no additional drivers in the installation..
Is it possible to stop windows doing when I restart my computer change the driver?
When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.
So the issue didnt start until you upgraded to ultimate? It could be that you missed some of the drivers as Rick has mentioned, missing the chipset driver could certainly cause issues. I suggest also looking at all your multimedia players and see what the volume settings are for the players, it is possible they could be reducing volume to your devices.

Usually during an installation, if the drivers are not installed properly, the wireless adapter is usually the first thing noticed that's not working. I think it was mentioned a few posts later and sometimes I can catch the posts and help sooner.

fedealmendra,
In the little absence of Terry, may I ask...

Terry, we always work together.
Take care,
