Intel rapid start technology drier not installing - The computer does not meet the minimum requirements
I have A9 bios Dell inspiron 15r special edition.
I don't have ssd drive. Does Intel rapid start technology driver only installs in systems with SSD ?

Intel Rapid Start Technology requires either an SSD or a smaller caching SSD. My guess us that if your Dell Inspiron supported Intel Rapid Start then it would have been installed from the factory.
