Intel Rapid Storage SATA Driver Fatal Error during Installation

Hi, I've got an Inspiron 15R SE 7520. After upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I tried to install the SATA driver update (Serial-ATA_Driver_JX6H9_WN_12.8.0.1016_A00) but I get a Fatal Error during Installation.

I ran the executable as Administrator. Has anyone else run into this?
