Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller 6.13.01.3442

Hi.  I need some help.  I have the above video card on my Dell Dimension 2350.  I recently bought a Microsoft Game called "Rise of Nations."  When I double click on the icon,  I get an error message that says I don't have the required video drivers, and that I should install the lates drivers from my manufacturer.  I looked but I don't want to download anything that I don't need at the moment.  So I was wondering if there were any new drivers, or if there is any other way to solve this.  Thanks

Just noticed the intel site has a newer version of the driver - 6.13.01.3510.  Give it a shot.

Would downloading this drive Damage my video card? In otherwords is there a chance of something bad happen if i download this drive for my  Intel(r) 82845g/gl?

The worst that could happen is that the video card driver wouldn't work, and you'd end up with a blank screen.  In that case, you'd need to boot back into windows 2000 using vga mode, then reselect a driver for the video card other than the one which failed.
