Hi Bluesboyo,

Do you face any problem when connecting to any wired or wireless networks? If not, you can ignore the error messages during the test. This error has been noted in our records; please feel free to contact us if you have any further queries.

Hi Bluesboyo,

Surely I will assist you with this. Please note the following when running the test on “Communication Devices”:

  1. When running the test on “Network Card – Wireless” this requires the wireless card to be connected to a wireless network.
  2. When running the test on “Network Card – NIC” this requires connection to a network.

Were the above two conditions met when running the tests?

Hi Zohaib R,
The answer is yes to both questions, my laptop connects automatically to the internet once it's turned on.

Every so often my win8 Dell inspiron wireless connection lags a bit. I have an excellent signal and when I run the network troubleshooter it tells me  "problems found, problem with network adapter  or access point. Fixed with a green tick beside it. It's now happening twice or three times a day.
