Iphone driver needed for inspiron 6000
hello. i've had a dell inspiron 6000 for about 4 years.. and i decided to get an iphone recently. i go to plug the iphone into my computer and a blue screen pops up saying that an error has occured and windows is shutting down to prevent any damage to the computer... i want to know how i can go about getting this resolved? i can't download applications or do anything with my phone because of this.
ALSO.
off the subject of the iphone, i would like to restore my computer to factory settings..but system restore doesn't work. it keeps telling me there are errors.
help? sorry if complicated.
thank you.
-sarah.

Hi Sarah,
Start with the factory restore and when that's done all you'll need is iTunes for the iPhone to work. Unless you have a bad cable or usb jack. I'm betting one option 1 though.
"Errors" isn't quite enough info to help you out with the restore. You might consider reposting as system resore errors and list the exact error message.

I have this very same problem. Has there been a solution found?
