Is this a screen failure ?

Hello, I am writing to translate it via my sentence I do not know the english may be corrupted. Laptop (İnsprio 15 3542 Earl 2014) I think there is a strange failure. Bottom of the screen and looks on the line about 1 cm in size, but the screen does not seem to be what the problem when I get quoted this line?
