Keyboard backlight won't turn on.

Hi im having trouble with getting my backlight on the keyboard working the + , nor + does not work to turn it on, i have downloaded the drivers. i try to go into the (C:) drive and click my way to the BacklitKB, wich will tell me that the Backlit Keyboard cannot be identified.

Any solutions?
