Keyboard (bios ?)
I have changed my in Inspiron 5100 keyboard US (belived to be made in Malaysia) to UK and changed all settings on laptop to United Kingdom. The trouble is the backslash key left to the spacebar does not work. I have been sent two keyboards with the same result. I have been advised that maybe the bios could be the problem and maybe I should update it. I currently have the A06. Please can someone advise, its driving me mad. All dell advisers seem to just pass the buck saying I need to try here or there (ie not there problem )
