Keyboard, Mouse touchpad and Quick Multi Media touch Buttons
i have a Dell Studio 1535 Windows Vista, from the first day i got it the memory card reader does not recognize my memories but when i tried some other memories in did recognize them.
After 10 days the key board and the mouse touchpad and the quick touch buttons stopped working all together, i was using a wireless keyboard and mouse. i sent it back to the tech and asked for replacement but they said it is really a simple issue from shipping a wire was switched off and the put it back and everything is normal now.
But when i got the computer back the card reader still the same. Everything else is ok except before three days the quick touch MM Buttons is stuck a gain and when i restarted the computer the became normal, the are refused to replace it, saying that everything is normal.
i need an advise please is it dangerous, can this put me i a big trouble in the future if i accepted to get it back. By the way the advice me not to use the wireless keyboard and mouse saying that could be the cause of the problem.
Please advice.

You can set the laptop to use an external mouse and keyboard with no problems so I doubt that is causing your issue. Others have had similar problems with the quick touch media buttons. Sometimes the eject button becomes stuck on for 5 - 10 minutes and causes all the other buttons not to work. Dell are aware of this issue and should be able to advise you on either a solution (maybe a bios update) or offer to fix it.
If you have had the machine for less than 30 days you can tell them to fix it or give you a full refund. You are well within your rights to do so.
