Keyboard not working

Hi, I am Madhav Dasika.

I own a Dell Laptop and I did not use it for a week or so as I was out of station.

To my surprise, ants have gone into the system and the keyboard is not working.

I assume most of the other functions are working.

 

Did anyone experience a similar problem? What is the remedy for this?

And does Dell provide Warranty as I still fall in the Warranty Period?

 

As I am located in Chennai and does not have a support centre here, I am finding it difficult to get this info.
