Keys problem n overheating when charge

hi guys i`m facing some strange kind of problems in 1330. i`m continuously facing problems in keys. earlier my tab key becomes hard n stopped working, after few days it starts working but was hard. again after a week when it becomes fine then 'up arrow' key becomes hard n stopped working. 2) 2nd problem is when i charge it the adapter gets heated like anything. plz give suggestion i i wanna use my laptop arounf 7 hours continuously should i use it n keep charging for 7 hours or i should keep plug n unplug it. can we use laptop continously with charging. tried calling at customer care. i waited for around 20 mins n cutted the phone . is there anyone who tried at customer care n talked them. plz give me the no. as well by which they can pick up early

i`ve never spilled anything on it.

i never play games on it as well.

i just bought in march. n its under warranty.

will they give me a new laptop for this problem or they`ll repair it.

if they give me a new laptop , will that be a refurbished one or that will be brand new.

i also keep my brick in an open air n its 65w adapter quite small but it gets very heated. is it normal or i`m facing this only?
