Laptop Battery

we bought 10 Inspiron 1564 laptop on last year. we had battery problem of one laptop in the 11th month so we went for warranty claim. we got a replacement battery. now we are having the same problem after 2 months. when we went for the warranty claim the retail supplier and authorized delar informed us that the warranty period for the laptop is finished. so they are unable to replace the defective battery.

the service tag # is <ADMIN NOTE:Service tag removed per privacy policy>. where we can get the replacement.

Have you asked the company that supplied the system?  They should have replacements.
