Latitude CSx LCD

I purchased a Samsung LT133X7-124 LCD display to replace in my Latitude CSx laptop.  When I turned the laptop ON, the display comes up white.

Does anyone know if a Latitude CS with a Sharp LQ133X1LH27 LCD display can be replaced with a Samsung LCD display?  If so, do you know the compatible Samsung part number?

I appreciate any input or advice.

This is not an answer to your question, but just a thought. Are the cables all secure or are they damaged. One of my replacement screens is coming up white, but I can see cable damage and have ordered a new one. If the parts all fit together, I would assume it should work and there is a connection problem. I am not an expert so please wait for some better advice, but I thought I would offer some suggestions to try.
