I have a lat d510 with 504 MB of RAM and a 40GB HD, can I increase the size of the RAM and the Hard Drive? Will the motherboard accept the upgrade?

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. As per Dell's Manuals, the Latitude D510 will support a maximum of 2 GB, and a Hard Drive Size of 100 GB. The memory type on these systems are 400 MHz or 533 MHz 1.8-V DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM.
Hope this helps.
Thank you
