Latitude D620 9-cell battery

Question

I am thinking about buying a D620 Latitude laptop with a 9-cell battery. However, I have found this review:

I am especially concerned about this image:

This would definitely discourage me of buying a 9-cell battery. In the official Dell documents I cannot find anything about the laptop size with/without the 9-cell battery.

Does someone know more about it?

Very true. I just received this yesterday.   I actually like it. It doubles as a much-needed mini wrist rest (has a gel like top). It is so worth it. I had my laptop on for 6 hours straight with the screen at the brightest it can be at, and I still have 2.5 hrs left on the battery.
