Latitude D620 Black Screen???
I just finished upgrading this laptop to windows 7, and all went well. I give it to the cusomter, and next thing they bring it back to me, and its just a black screen??? I have the hard drive, wifi, etc. , lights come on. You can hear everything running, but nothing on the screen. I have hit the FN key and F8 for the crt/lcd display action. I have also hooked it up to an external monitor, and it does see anything there either? Am I missing something? Thank you for any help:)

If it is nVidia video chipset, it could be that it just stopped working.

otherwise, it's the motherboard
if the video chip was still working, you'd get external display

Thats kinda what I thought too......I guess it was just its time huh....
