Latitude D620 - CPU Running 209F/97C

I've had this laptop for about a year.  I know it is having some issues related to heat.
I have a program that tells me the tempurature my computer is running.  I have been running it since I purched this laptop.
The software indicates the CPU is running fairly constantly at 209F/97C and it doesn't exceed 212F.
Graphics runs at 175F/79C
Harddisk runs at 97F/36C
I have fans underneath the Laptop.  What else can I do to cool the laptop down?

Purchase a can of compressed air (Home Depot) and blow the dust out clogging the vents and fans on you laptop.Hold the can upright. Also make sure the fans are running when you turn the laptop on.Those temps sound awlful high.I would not run it very long until I found the source of the high temps. My Pentium m 2ghz runs in the mid 40'sC at idle.I8kfangui is a program you can use to control your fan speeds.
