Latitude D620 Keyboad @ key don't work

Question

Hi to all, I've a Latitude D620 with windows xp sp2 and I've the fouling problem: The @ key doesn't work, all the others keys (even the AltGr combination keys) are working correctly. Any ideas? Tanks in advance

Run the keyboard diagnostic (F12 at boot). If the key fails, replace the keyboard.

Tanks for your answer, but I didn't found on the boot diags any keyboard diags.

meanwhile I found the problem:

Same NVIDIA process are mix up the the hot keys, I terminate this process and works well. Now I have the @ and the € keys.

This problem must be reported.

PS: My keyboard has a Portuguese (not Brazilian) layout.
