Latitude d620 touchpad driver

I've just installed win7 on my latitude d620 and I don't have any way to deactivate or de-sensitize the touchpad.  So the insertion point shifts unexpectedly which is very annoying.  Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Problem is, there is no "touchpad" tab or any other reference when I go to the control panel.
