Latitude D830, no DVD Decoder
I purchased a D830 from a community college at a surplus sale. The hard drive was wiped. I have since installed Windows XP SP2. When I tried to play a DVD, a message came up that I did not have a DVD Decoder. Is there a free decoder available somewhere for this computer?
