Latitude e5420 can't find "Mass Storage Controller"
I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro 64bit and have all the drivers loaded, I think, except one:
Mass Storage Controller
Can't find the driver, don't know what it is. I've installed the chipset driver, the ATA driver, etc. Still it shows as not found.
Any tips or leads would help.
No Events found!

You might need to install the O2Micro OZ600xxx memory card reader driver from link: http://dell.to/Zh2RDQ

'Unknown Device' in 'Device Manager' indicates that there is a device that is not working correctly. To fix this issue, you might need to install an updated driver for the device. For more information on identifying unknown devices from 'Device Manager', you may refer to link: http://bit.ly/b4PO3r

hi thanks for this suggestion :) I also have a question, my unit is dell e6220 and it is upgraded to windows 10 via microsoft,com. I dug up some of my old pc games and all has worked except for the red alert 2 that when i am trying to install it says that "Directx Error: Action not supported" and could not iniatialize Direct x" Do you know how to fix this? Thanks!
