The guide for the E-family Latitudes is here:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/Product/latitude-E6400?driverId=RFCP2&osCode=WLH&fileId=2731102676&languageCode=en&categoryId=UT

(The link given in the previous post is for the typical installation sequence - it says the order for E-family latitudes is different, but the link to that document is broken; in the end, as long as you do the System Software and Chipset before other drivers,  the order doesn't really matter.)

There is a chance that SP2 won't work and that you will need to slipstream SP3 into your installation media (using Windows deployment tools or a utility like nLiteOS.com).

Hi Ben J,

I would suggest you to install all the drivers in the system in correct order. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the necessary drivers listed under appropriate section onto the system and install it.

Refer to the link below to install drivers in correct order.

Please let me know if this helps.
