Latitude e6410 - fingerpint?

Hi,

I have a Latitude E6410 with the fingerprint reader.  How do I get the fingerprint reader to work?

I have another Lenovo laptop and I just swiped my finger, it brought up software, I registered the print and it 's working.  I can't seem to figure it out on the Dell.  It seems there is not Fingerprint reader software on it?  I downloaded all the ControlVault software and it says a reader is detected but I don't see anywhere to set this up.  If I use the Windows 7 built in software, it says there are no fingerprint readers or they are in use by other software.  Ideas?

Also I request you to private message me the system service tag so that I could check the system details and assist further. I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.

I am sending you a private message as well. Click on “Inbox” to respond to the message and provide system’s Service Tag so I may check the region/country from where the system was purchased and assist you accordingly. You could also click on Start Conversation to send a private message.
