Latitude XT Wireless Issue

Having a problem with the Latitude XT Tablet.  When swiveling into tablet mode, the wireless signal will drop from full strength, to about 1/4 or 1/2 and stay that way.  I have contacted Dell and got a new Wireless card to replace.  It is still happening.  Also, the wireless LED is not showing up now.  I am running Vista on this as well.

Anyone have any experiences with the Latitude XT or what i'm describing in general?

Thanks,

Josh

Double check the antennas; additionally, confirm that all the WiFi components are properly seated and connected.  It may be possible that they were reversed during installation.

All is seated properly and connected properly.  I am not sure what it could be.

Any other input?  I have tried with Dell to get another wireless card with only a/g.  Currently have the

a/g/n-draft card.  I suspect this has something to do with the n-draft technology, but they will not send me the card with a/g only.  All settings are correct, all diagnostics check out great.  When I have it in laptop mode, the signal does not disconnect after 10 minutes.  When in tablet mode, it cuts out after about 10 to 25 minutes.

I am at a loss.
