Lattitude D800 Screen Flicker while using on battery once in a while ?

Hello,

I have Dell Lattitude D800 Laptop which has NVIDIA GeForce4 4200 GO video card on it.

While I am using on battery display flicker real quick sometimes but it is annoying. Does

anybody have a solution for it ? Thank you.

PS. I already installed the latest drivers for graphic card and bios but no luck.
