M1330 buzzing noise
I noticed that there is a buzzing noise coming from my computer. Its an inconsistent noise that goes in and out. Anybody know what the cause might be?
Coming from LCD? motherboard?

If you're at all worried about it though, contact tech support, to see what they say?
In the meantime, make sure you keep up-to-date backups of all your important stuff ;)

I own an M1710, and my makes this buzzing noise as well. I did some research for myself, and found that it is caused by the processor being at a low frequency state. If your laptop has bluetooth, you can change the settings on the bluetooth under "power management." Uncheck the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." Hit okay, and see if the problem goes away. This may not be your problem, but I thought I'd see if this is it. Hope it helps.
